The Nasm Optimum Performance Training Model is a structured format that we will use to help improve your physical capabilities in all aspects. Your progress will come from periodization phases and integrated training exercises. These structured workouts will help improve aspects such as flexibility, cardiorespiratory, core, balance, resistance strength and quickness. Using our integrated approach to your program design will increase consistency and progress while preventing risk of injury.
This trial will allow you to see the structure of your periodized training with all phases.
Your training program will include 3 levels:
Level 1 -Stabilization
Level 2- Strength
Level 3- Power
You will also be training under 5 phases:
Phase 1- Stabilization Endurance
Phase 2- Strength Endurance
Phase 3- Muscular Development
Phase 4- Maximal Strength
Phase 5- Power
