The Nasm Optimum Performance Training Model is a structured format that we will use to help improve your physical capabilities in all aspects. Your progress will come from periodization phases and integrated training exercises. These structured workouts will help improve aspects such as flexibility, cardiorespiratory, core, balance, resistance strength and quickness. Using our integrated approach to your program design will increase consistency and progress while preventing risk of injury.

Plan Includes

  • This trial will allow you to see the structure of your periodized training with all phases.

  • Your training program will include 3 levels:

  • Level 1 -Stabilization

  • Level 2- Strength

  • Level 3- Power

  • You will also be training under 5 phases:

  • Phase 1- Stabilization Endurance

  • Phase 2- Strength Endurance

  • Phase 3- Muscular Development

  • Phase 4- Maximal Strength

  • Phase 5- Power

  • From there you will receive a message from coach AO to schedule a video call and go over the online training platform.
  • This free trial will give you an inside look at the workout structure you will see in each phase. It will also allow you to see the amazing nutrition meal plan structure as well.
  • Keep in mind that when you sign up for training, you will have tailored exercises, along with the amount of weight suitable for you.
  • Your nutrition meals will also be tailored to your fitness goal as well.
